密断级配富沥青混凝土代表着国内外沥青混凝土级配发展方向,能够适应水坝防渗面板沥青混凝土性能要求.首先,创新性地提出了粗集料骨架孔隙率最小值的测定方法和密断级配富沥青混凝土粗集料骨架嵌挤的新标准,在此基础上改进了主骨架空隙填充法;然后,运用改进的主骨架空隙填充法设计了一种密断级配富沥青混凝土,并通过试验评价了混凝土的稳定度、流值、斜坡流淌值、渗透系数和低温弯拉破坏应变等力学性能.结果表明,用改进的主骨架空隙填充法设计出的密断级配富沥青混凝土兼有优良的变形稳定性、抗渗性能和低温性能,各项力学指标均满足《水工碾压式沥青混凝土施工规范》(DL/T 5363-2006)的要求,该设计方法具有广泛的推广和应用价值.
Dense-gapgraded full-asphalt concrete can meet the requirements of dam seepage prevention facing properties;and it represents the development trend of asphaltconcrete gradation.Firstly,a method for determining the minimum value of voids in coarse aggregate was put forward innovatively;and also was the index of skeleton-interlocking of dense-gap graded mixture.Secondly,the coarse aggregate void filling method was improved on the basis.And then,a kind of dense-gap-graded full-asphaltconcrete was designed by the improved method.Its properties were tested by Marshal test,slop-flow test,permeability test and small girder bending test at low temperature.It is shown that its deforming stability,impermeability and other properties are much more excellent so as to satisfy the requirements of Speci f ications for Construction of Hydraulic Roller Compacted Bituminous Concrete(DL/T 5363-2006).Consequently,the improved method should be extended and applied widely.
