应用了一种称为均匀试验设计的部分因子设计方法,开展了外界环境影响因素与沥青混合料疲劳性能之间的关系研究。考虑的外界环境影响因素包括应变水平、温度、加载频率和沥青老化水平。建立了外界环境影响因素与初始劲度模量、疲劳寿命、滞后角以及累计耗散能间的关系,发现外界环境影响因素与沥青混合料疲劳性能之间存在很好的相关性。结果表明,均匀试验设计是一种有效的试验设计方法,均匀试验设计可以在较少的试验次数下获得同等的试验效果。
In this paper, a fractional factorial design method named "uniform design" is applied to study on relationship between environmental factors and the asphalt mixes fatigue performance. The environmental factors considered in the experiment design include strain level, temperature, loading frequency, and asphalt aging level. The relations of the environmental factors to initial stiffness, fatigue life, phase angle and cumulative dissipated energy are established with general linear modeling method. It is found that there are very good correlativity between the environmental factors and the fatigue performance indexes of asphalt mixes. The results indicate that the uniform design method is an effective experiment design method, and can get the same effectiveness with fewer tests.
