目的通过检测卵巢型内膜异位症（内异症）患者围手术血清抗苗勒氏管激素（AMH）水平,评估患者的卵巢储备功能,并探讨影响卵巢型内异症患者卵巢储备功能的因素。方法选取有手术指征的卵巢型内异症患者60例为实验组,子宫肌瘤患者30例组为对照组。采用ELISA法分别检测上述患者术前、术后1个月、3个月、6个月血清中AMH含量的表达,评估卵巢型内异症患者卵巢储备功能,探讨卵巢型内异症患者的年龄、单双侧卵巢型内异症、临床分期、肿瘤大小及卵巢肿瘤手术对卵巢储备功能的影响。结果实验组和对照组患者术前血清中AMH的表达与年龄均呈负相关性（P〈0.05）;双侧卵巢型内膜异症患者血清中AMH表达明显低于单侧卵巢型内异症和对照组患者（P〈0.05）;Ⅰ~Ⅱ期卵巢型内异膜症血清中AMH的表达高于Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者（P〈0.05）;卵巢型内膜异症直径〉8 cm患者血清中AMH表达明显低于直径〈8 cm者血清中AMH表达（P〈0.05）;卵巢型内膜异症患者行肿瘤剥除手术后1个月,AMH的表达低于术后3个月、6个月（P〈0.05）。结论卵巢型内异症患者的卵巢储备功能与年龄、双侧卵巢是否受累、临床期别、肿瘤直径及卵巢肿瘤剥除手术有关;卵巢储备功能正常患者手术后短期内卵巢储备功能下降,但术后很快恢复。

Objective To test the expression of anti- Müllerian hormone（ AMH）） in serum of patients with ovarian endometriosis; And to assess the reserve functions of ovarian and to discuss its influencing factors. Methods 60 patients with endometriosis in ovarian type were assigned as experiment groupand 30 patients with uterine fibroids were assigned as control group. ELISA method was used to detect the expression contentof AMH inserum of patients for preoperative and postoperative with 1 month,3 months and 6 months respectively. Assessing the reserve functions of ovarian for patients with endometriosis in ovarian type and discuss its influencing factors.Such asage,single and double side ovarian type,clinical stage and ovarian tumor surgery. Results The result revealed that the expression level of AMH in preoperativeserum of patients with endometriosis in ovarian type were negatively correlated with age,and showed significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; The expression level of AMH in serum of patients with endometriosis in bilateral ovarian type was significantly lower than patients with endometriosis in unilateral ovarian type and patients with uterine fibroidsand the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; The expression of AMH inserum of patients with Ⅰ ～ Ⅱ period endometriosis in ovarian type was significantly higher than Ⅲ ～ Ⅳ period patients（ P〈0. 05）; The expression of AMH in serum of patients with diameter 8 cm endometriosis in ovarian type was significantly higher than diameter 8 cm patients（ P〈0. 05）; The expression of AMH in serum of patients with endometriosis in ovarian type after tumor removal surgery 1 month obviously lower than 3 month and 6 month,comparing with preoperative,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.
