以安徽16个地级市的科技人力资源综合发展水平作为研究对象,在参考国内相关科技人力资源评价体系基础之上,立足具体地域特点,通过构建评价指标体系,运用因子分析法对16个城市的科技人力资源综合发展水平进行评价和分析。结果显示,16个城市的科技人力资源综合发展水平差别较大,地区差异明显。在此基础之上运用聚类分析对安徽16个地级市进行层级划分,并针对现状及为进一步提升安徽各地区科技人力资源水平提出相应的对策。
Choose the comprehensive development level of S&T human resource of 16 cities in Anhui as the research object,in ref- erence to the domestic related S&T human resource evaluation system, based on the specific regional characteristics, this paper con- structs an evaluation index system, using the factor analysis method to evaluate and analyze the comprehensive development level of S&T human resources of 16 cities. The results show that, the comprehensive development level of S&T human resource among 16 cities is larger,with distinct regional differences. Based on the cluster analysis to classify 16 cities of Anhui, and in view of the present situa- tion, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasure to further enhance S&T human resource level of various regions of Anhui.
