针对发动机排气管使用过程中发生热疲劳裂纹问题,运用三维建模软件建立发动机排气管CAD模型,借助CFD与FEA联合仿真方法,在给定的工况条件,利用专业疲劳分析软件FE-Safe对排气管的热疲劳特性进行分析,得到排气管热疲劳寿命分布云图和发生裂纹等危险部位分布状况,确定排气管发生热疲劳裂纹的位置,为排气管在设计之前进行热疲劳寿命预测,研究结果可以为排气管热结构优化和可靠性设计提供借鉴与参考。
To solve the crack problem appearing in the engine exhaust manifold, thermal fatigue analysis of some crack parts is carried out using FE-Safe professional fatigue analysis software. Pro/E is applied to build thrce-dimefisional CAD model of exhaust manifold. Under the given conditions, CFD and FEA simulation method is used to analyze thermal fatigue properties of the exhaust manifold. Thermal fatigue life distribution'nephogram and the distribution of the crack of the exhaust manifold are obtained. The position of the thermal fatigue cracks in the exhaust manifold is determined. The thermal fatigue life for the exhaust manifold before the design is predicted. The result of thermal fatigue analysis can provide reference for the optimization of exhaust manifold structure and its reliability design.
