目的探讨不同剂量氟对大鼠心脏的毒性作用。方法给5组(每组8只)Wistar大鼠饲喂正常饲料,分别饮用含不同浓度氟化钠(0,25,50,100,150mg/L)的蒸馏水,复制慢性氟中毒大鼠动物模型;饲喂大鼠6个月时描记心电图,观察慢性氟中毒时大鼠心电图表现及氟的影响;光镜、电镜下观察心肌形态学改变。结果染氟组心电图Q—T间期缩短;光镜下心肌组织形态学显示,心肌细胞横纹模糊,心肌纤维溶解、凝固;电镜下可见线粒体肿胀变形并有结构的改变。结论高氟能引起心肌细胞损伤,导致心肌结构和心电图改变。
Objective To study the toxicity effect of sodium fluoride of various dosages on rat heart. Methods In this study, 3 - week - old male Wistar rats were fed on normal fodder and distilled water containing sodium fluoride of 0, 25, 50, 100 and 150 mg/L for 6 months respectively in order to duplicate the animal model of chronic fluorosis. Electrocardiogram ( ECG ) was taken after the experiment for 6 months to observe the effects of fluoride and ECG of the rats with fluorosis ; The morphologic changes were observed under were found swelling under transmission electron microscope in the rats with fluorosis. Conclusions Fluorosis can cause myocardial cell damage and result in changes of myocardial structure and ECG of the rats.
