变幻莫测的供应链竞争环境对制造企业的库存管理水平提出了更高的管理需求,为了揭示其库存控制的机理及提供库存管理决策的实验空间及依据,通过运用系统动力学的理论及方法,对供应链环境下核心制造企业的库存控制系统进行了研究。结合某润滑装备制造企业的库存控制的实例,构建了库存控制系统动力学(SD)模型。利用Vensim对该模型进行仿真运行,并对仿真结果进行了深入分析。为制造企业库存控制提供了一种定量与定性相结合的管理决策方法。
It is necessary to reveal the mechanism of inventory control and provide space for simulation and scientific basis for inventory management decision-making,so as to accommodate the higher demands for the inventory management of manufacturing based on the unpredictable competition of supply chain.The paper analyzed the core manufacturing inventory control system of the supply chain environment,based on the principles and methods of system dynamics.The model of inventory management system which combines with the actual situation of a Lubrication equipment manufacturing enterprise is simulated on the platform Vensim,and analyzed the results comprehensively.The quantitative and qualitative method of manufacturing inventory management is provided.
