针对摩托车产品设计中难以准确识别出价值系数较低零部件这一问题,对摩托车产品功能设计进行了深入研究,分析了性能和功能之间以及各功能之间的联系,建立了功能分析系统技术图、功能设计模型;针对常用算法难于解决模型中功能重要度系数的问题,对摩托车产品功能与零部件之间的映射关系进行了研究,并建立了摩托车产品功能、零部件映射图;采用了ANP的方法求解摩托车产品的功能重要度系数,并给出了ANP方法求解功能重要度系数的具体求解步骤。最后,通过一具体的工程实例验证了摩托车产品功能设计模型的正确性及ANP方法的可行性。
To deal with the problem of recognizing exactly the motorcycle parts of low value coefficient difficultly, functional design of new motorcycle product was researched deeply. The interaction between performance and function as well as among various functions was analyzed. The FAST (function analysis system technique) graph and motorcycle product functional design model were established to provide the basis of exactly recognizing the value coefficient. The interaction between function and motorcycle components was researched and the maps of function and motorcycle components had been established. ANP (analytic network process) method was proposed to get the target weight of the functions. Finally, the accuracy of this model and the feasibility of ANP method were demonstrated through a concrete project case study.
