运用基于非参数前沿分析的Malmquist-Luenberger指数,测度碳排放约束的省际工业绿色TFP及其分解成分的变化,发现工业绿色TFP增长主要来自技术进步,技术效率拖累了绿色TFP增长。基于双向固定效应模型的实证结果显示,经济发展水平通过效率增进与技术进步共同促进绿色TFP增长,资本深化促进了技术进步但不利于效率改进,地方分权对技术效率和绿色TFP增长有显著副作用,国有工业比重抑制了绿色技术进步和绿色TFP增长,FDI对工业绿色TFP增长的促进作用尚不显著。
Nonparametric frontier analysis and MalmquistLuenberger index is applied to measure provincial industrial green TFP growth and its components under lowcarbon constraint. China's industrial green TFP growth is mainly driven by technological progress but drawn back by technical efficiency. Twoway fixed effect model is used to test the effect of some factors on provincial industrial green TFP. The level of economic development promotes provincial industrial green TFP growth through technical efficiency and technological progress. Capital deepening pushes forward technology progress but draws back technical efficiency. Fiscal decentralization places a sig nificantly negative effect on efficiency change and green TFP growth. Stateowned enterprises play a significantly negative impact on tech nological advance and green TFP growth. FDI shows a positive but not significant effect on industrial green TFP growth.
