本文对质谱及其联用技术(气相色谱-质谱,液相色谱-质谱,毛细管电泳-质谱等)在北五味子及南五味子中木脂素、挥发油、有机酸及三萜类等化学成分研究中的应用进行了综述,总结了其发展潜力。为中药化学成分的快速筛选、药材品种鉴定及质量控制方法等提供了一定的基础。
The applications of mass spectrometry( MS)-and its coupling technologies (gas chromatography-MS, high performance liquid chromatography-MS and capillary electrophoresis-MS, etc. ) on the chemical constituents of lignans, essential oils, organic acids and triterpenodis in(Schisandra chinensis and Schisandra sphenanthera)fruits have been reviewed.Their potential applications are summarized.In order to provide basis for rapid screening of chemical constituents from Chinese medicine, identification of medicinal materials varieties and quality control method.
