构建了由一个制造商和一个零售商组成的双渠道供应链模型,其中制造商和零售商均拥有网络销售渠道,零售商为Stackelberg对策博弈的主方。分析、比较了集中式和分散式决策下双渠道供应链的最优均衡解,并从制造商与零售商合作的角度,对传统收益共享契约进行了改进,并论证了这种契约能够实现双渠道供应链的协调。最后通过算例分析,进一步验证了所改进的收益共享契约的有效性。
A dual-channel model was established in which both the manufacturer and the retailer owned electronic channel. And the retailer was a leader in Stackelberg game. The dual-channel supply chain system was inefficient after analyzing and comparing the best performance of a centralized system and a decentralized system. Then, from the aspect of cooperation of manufacturer and the retailer, a new partial revenue-sharing contract model was proposed from the traditional contract which could achieve the dual-channel supply chain coordination. Finally, a numerical example was used to verify the results and effectiveness of dual-channel coordination which was designed by partial revenue-sharing contract.
