目的：研究冰片的β-环糊精和羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物的制备及稳定性。方法：冰片分别用β-环糊精和羟丙基-β-环糊精研磨包合,采用气相色谱考察了包合物中冰片的稳定性。结果：冰片采用环糊精包合后可显著提高其稳定性,经羟丙基-β-环糊精包合后溶解度更好。结论：冰片经环糊精包合后可以提高其稳定性,且羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物溶液澄明度优于β-环糊精包合物。
英文摘要：
Objective：To study the preparation technology of the inclusion complex of borneol with β-CD and HP-β-CD,and to compare their stability.Method：The borneol was included with β-CD and HP-β-CD.GC method was used to investigate their stability.Result：Borneol that were included by β-CD and HP-β-CD could prevent the volatilization of borneol and promote the stability of the drug.Conclusion：The stability of borneol included with HP-β-CD and β-CD was improved.
