Objective：To screen the receiving liquid of Sinomenine Patch.Methods：The NS-ethanol solution,PBS buffer,PBS buffer-ethanol solution were selected as receiving liquid by using in vitro transdermal experiment.The transdermal absorption samples were collected at different time points.The concentration of sinomenine was determined by HPLC.The accumulative transdermal content was fitted with zero-order,first-order rate and Higuchi equation to calculate the transdermal rate constant J.Results：The zeroorder was the better model.Conclusion：PBS-ethanol solution is the appropriate receiving liquid.
