Objective To investigate the absorption kinetics of TMP Self-microemulsion at small intestine of rats.Methods Using rat’s in vivo intestinal circulation experiment and HPLC to investigate the absorption of TMP Self-microemulsion.Results The accumulative absorption rate of TMP Selfmicroemulsion was significantly improved compared with that of TMP.Conclusion The intestine absorption of TMP Self-microemulsion is superior to that of TMP.
