通过热分解法在制备了不同摩尔配比的IrCo氧化物涂层,并通过XRD分析了涂层的组织结构,通过循环伏安,析氧电位及强化寿命测试研究了Ti基IrCo涂层的电催化活性。结果表明,Co组元的添加可以明显细化活性组元IrO2的晶粒,有效降低涂层的析氧电位,当w(Co)=30%铱钴涂层比纯铱涂层的强化寿命提高了40%。
The coating of IrCoOx is prepared by thermal decomposition of titanium. The microstructure of coatings is analyzed through XRD. The electrocatalytic activity and electrochemical stability of coatings are investigated by cyclic voltammetry test and accelerating-life test. The results show that the grain size of IrO2 is remarkably refined and the oxygen evolution potentials are lowered with the addition of Co, and that the lifetime of the coating with 30mol% Co is longer than that of the Ir coating.
