基于耗散结构理论和城市复合生态系统理论,构建了兰州市生态系统可持续发展能力的评价指标体系,运用量化模型对其优异性进行了评估.基于信息熵理论,运用年份信息熵对城市生态系统演变进行有序性和复杂性评估;对各项评价指标进行归一化处理后,通过指标信息熵确定各项指标的权重,综合计算得到城市生态系统可持续发展水平的最终得分.将各项指标的熵权与指标在研究期内的变化趋势相结合,综合分析兰州城市生态系统演化的机制和趋势,从而提出各类型熵的针对性措施.结果表明,2004—2013年,兰州市社会经济生态系统对自然生态系统的需求呈增加的趋势;城市生态环境建设取得了显著成效,生态系统的有序性并没有呈现持续发展的态势.兰州市自然生态系统对社会经济系统的支持能力呈上升趋势,社会经济系统对自然生态系统的压力越来越大.兰州市生态建设的积极推进使城市的代谢功能不断加强,城市生态系统的可持续发展水平呈波动上升的态势.
Based on the dissipative structure theory and urban compound ecosystem theory, an ecosystem evaluation index system was built for sustainable development ability of Lanzhou City, and the evaluation was made with the quantitative model. Based on the information entropy theory City, the ordering and complexity of urban ecological system was evaluated using the year-based information entropy; after the normalization processing of the evaluation indexes, the weights of indicators was determined using the indicator-based information entropy, and combining the two results, the final score of urban ecosystem sustainable development level was obtained. Combining the entropy weight of each index with the change trend of index during the study period, a comprehensive analysis of the mechanism and trend of ecosystem in Lanzhou City was made, while targeted measures were put forward based on various types of entropy. Taking Lanzhou City as an example, the results showed that in 2004-2013, the social econom- ic ecosystem had the tendency of increasing demand on the natural ecological system; the urban ecological environment construction made remarkable achievements, while the order of the ecological system did not have a trend of continuous development. The ability of the natural ecological system to support the social economic system presented a rising trend and, at the same time, the social economic system's pressure on the natural ecological system was growing. The ecological construction work reinforced the metabolic functions of the city, and the sustainable development ability of the urban ecosystem showed a fluctuated rising trend.
