Nowadays the eco-city planning and construction are more popular in the world, but the theory and method of the coo-city is still in the stage of exploration; British Eco-city planning and practice was advanced. This article chooses three eco-town plan case in 15 cases which was elected in Britain eco-city plan program as the researeh object, by comparing analyzing its features, and summarizes the British general layout planning of ecological city basic technology.
