This paper investigates the operating mechanism of IRC with tridimensional reticular organization formation by employing the theory of two-sided markets.The results show that,by the mode of "central station as the core and sub-station as the wheel",the network effects can be amplified and different technology demanders and suppliers can be attracted to this exchange platform.
