以模具热处理车间的实际生产状况为背景,研究模具零件热处理动态批调度问题,既要考虑工件动态到达和不相容性,还要考虑准时性和完工情况双目标。构建了针对单工件族的混合整数模型,提出基于事件驱动的新型算法TM-LAB,并与其他2种调度规则(SMWJ、SLWT)进行对比,通过仿真试验验证了该算法的有效性和适应性。
The dynamic batch scheduling of die & mould components in heat treatment was studied based on practical conditions in die & mould heat-treatment workshop. The consid- ering problem covers not only the dynamic arrival and incompatibility, but also bi-objective of option weighted tardiness and makespan. Firstly a mixed integer model for single work- piece group was built and a new algorithm was proposed based on the event-driven strate- gy and compromise programming (called TM-LAB). Then the results were compared with the other two benchmark control strategies (i.e. SLWT & SMWJ). The effectiveness and adaptability of the algorithm were verified through simulation experiments.
