以两阶段流水类型模具热处理生产控制为背景,总结其为一类柔性Flow-shop类型批调度问题,考虑到模具热处理车间中任务到达的动态性、多工件族不相容性,构建了反映拖期和能耗的优化指标,建立了事件与周期联合调度机制,对淬火阶段生产环境的变化进行实时响应,对回火任务滚动排产,通过算法中两层折衷规划模型的嵌入,实现了对多目标的有效协调。最后通过仿真试验证明了所提方法的优越性和适应性。
Taking two-stage flow shop die & mould heat-treatment production control as the background, summarized its type batch scheduling to a class of flexible flow-shop. Taking into account the dynamic nature of the jobs and the incompatibili- ty of the multi job families, the optimization index of the delay and energy consump- tion were constructed. A joint scheduling mechanism for periodic events was estab- lished, which made real-time response to the change of the production environment of the quenching stage, and then made task scheduling of temper rolling. The two layer compromise programming model was constructed to solve the multi-objective optimization problem. The simulation results showed that the proposed method was superior and adaptive.
