英文摘要：
T his research is aimed at developing a system for evaluating the reliability of public transit service based on system effectiveness evaluation model so as to determine the index ,calculation for-mula and standards for public transit service quality evaluation and establish the evaluation model . The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method was adopted to achieve comprehensive evaluation of public transit service reliability .Bus line 102 in Harbin w as selected as the research object .T he result of evaluation indicates that the system effectiveness of transit service of Bus line 102 is 0 .585 ,w hich is at a relatively poor level .
