为了解决目前高架桥存在的问题,专家学者们提出了诸多方案,如:兴建更多的高架桥、拓宽高架桥路面等,但均未见有效的方案付诸实施.本研究以上海南北高架桥为例,基于综合集成研讨厅的方法,从交通、环境、沿线商业发展、城市景观、人文交流和文化辐射等角度,对大城市中心区高架桥的可持续发展进行探讨,并提出了把高架桥改造为桥上慢行交通系统、桥下快行交通系统的方案.研究结果表明,把高架桥改造为桥上慢行交通系统、桥下快行交通系统的方案,不仅改善了城市交通,而且改善了原有高架桥环境、沿线商业发展、城市景观和文化辐射等,为中西部城市规划与建设提供了一种借鉴.
In order to solve the present problems existing in city viaducts, experts have pro- posed many schemes, such as adding more viaducts, broadening viaduct pavement, etc. However, no effective solutions were put into practice. Based on the theories of Hall for Workshop of Metasynthetic Engineering, this paper studies the sustainable development of urban expressway viaducts from the perspective of transportation, environment, business development, urban landscape, communication, culture, with Shanghai Nanbei expressway as an example. Finally, the authors proposed to set slow traffic system on the viaduct, while set fast traffic system under the viaduct. The research indicates the scheme not only improves urban traffic, but promotes environment, business development, urban land- scape, communication, culture, etc, which provides certain reference to city planning andconstruction in Midwest area.
