为了实现对已有零件数控工艺信息的有效重用,提高数控编程的效率和质量,提出一种相似特征数控加工工艺的重用评价方法。通过对已有零件数控工艺设计成果进行挖掘建立以制造特征为核心的工艺信息模型库;通过选择待编的制造特征,从工艺信息模型库中检索出相似制造特征,实现零件特征级制造语义层面的相似性评价;对检索结果从精加工和粗加工两个层面进行分析,实现数控加工工艺的重用评价,并根据可重用度值选择不同的数控工艺实例重用模式。实验结果表明,该方法能够对相似特征数控工艺的可重用度进行准确的评价,可以有效地利用相似特征已有的数控工艺信息,从而提高数控编程的效率和质量,满足企业的实际需求。
To achieve the effective reuse of existing numerical control (NC) process information and to improve the efficiency and quality of NC programming, a reusability assessment method for NC machining process of similar features is proposed. A feature -based machining process information model library is established by mining the existing NC machi- ning process. From process information model library, similar features are retrieved for the input machining feature to real- ize the similarity assessment between manufacturing features. The retrieval results are analyzed between finish machining and rough machining to realize the reusability assessment of NC machining process. Two NC machining process reuse modes are presented according to the reusabilities. The experimental results show that the approach can effectively realize the reusability assessment of NC machining process and reuse of NC machining process, and improve the efficiency and quality of NC programming to meet the requirement of engineering application.
