为了更好地实现面向制造领域的三维CAD模型制造信息的有效重用,提出一种融合制造语义的三维CAD模型检索方法。首先将三维CAD模型转化成以制造特征为基础语义对象的结构化表示的CAD模型,并用制造特征耦合图来表示;然后提取用于评价两个制造特征之间相似性的属性信息,构建多属性融合的制造特征相似性加权评价模型,并以此来构建以制造特征为节点的完全二分图;最后采用最优匹配算法计算出各制造特征的最优匹配方案来计算两个三维CAD模型的相似度,以此作为评价模型相似性的依据。实验结果表明,该方法能够较好地实现融合制造语义的三维CAD模型检索,可以有效地支持面向制造领域的三维CAD模型制造信息的重用。
To realize the effective reuse of 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) model's manufacturing information ori- ented to manufacturing area, a manufacturing semantics based 3D CAD model retrieval approach was presented. 3D CAD model was transformed into structuralized CAD model with manufacturing features as its basic semantic object, and Manufacturing Feature Coupling Graph (MFCG) was used to present the model. The attributes for manufacturing feature similarity assessment was extracted, and the feature similarity assessment model with multi-attribute fusion was constructed. Based on the feature similarity assessment model, a bipartite graph was obtained with the feature as its nodes. An optimal matching algorithm was used to seek a matching of maximum total weight from the weighted bipartite graph. According to the optimal solution, the similarity between two CAD models was computed, and the value was regarded as the similar degree of the two models. Experimental results showed that the method could effectively support 3D CAD model retrieval for manufacturing reuse.
