以读者满意度作为评价标准来衡量和评价高校图书馆各项工作是图书馆评价的一个重要内容。本文从读者对图书馆服务质量满意的影响因素入手,从馆藏资源、硬件设备、环境氛围、馆员服务和服务效果这五个方面进行研究。用结构方程模型方法就以上五个因素对高校图书馆服务质量满意度的影响进行探讨,以期对高校图书馆服务质量的改进有借鉴作用。
The readers’ satisfaction is an important content taking as a evaluation criteria to measure and evaluate the work of University Library. The reason why readers are satisfied with the quality of library services were explored from five aspects,storage of the resources,equipment and hardware,environment, service of librarian and service effect. We use structural equation model to explore the degree of the above five factors on influencing the satisfaction of library service quality,looking forward to improving the quality of library services and making a certain excellent example.
