服务创新是什么？过去十几年,理论和实践界在此课题上已经取得了很大进展。然而,定义的不统一使得对服务创新的研究结果非常混乱。整合研究方法为问题的解决提供了思路。利用它,可以更好的定义服务创新,打开服务创新内容和过程的黑箱,有利于服务创新理论的深入发展和实践应用。文章利用系统回顾法对2000—2009年的文献进行梳理整合的基础上,分析了基于整合研究方法研究服务创新的前沿信息,并对其未来发展提出了建议。

英文摘要：

What is service innovation？ In the past two decades,the literature on this subject has made great progress.However,the research results are confused by differences in the definition of service innovation.Integrative research approach provides a way to solve the problem.It is useful to use this approach to define service innovation better,to open the black box of service innovation＇s contents and process,and to develop service innovation in theory as well as practice.Based on review on the literature between 2000 and 2009 systematically,this paper analyzes the newest information about service innovation by integrative research approach.Finally,this paper points out some suggestions on future development.
