在我国制造企业转型升级的背景下,现有文献往往一致认为向服务转型是我国制造企业的重要机遇,然而文献却忽略了服务转型中组织变革所带来的挑战。基于惰性理论的视角,分析了资源刚性和惯例刚性这两种惰性力量对服务转型的阻碍。在此基础上,提出了我国制造企业如何更好地实现服务转型的对策。
Under the background of the transformation and upgrade in Chinese manufacturing firms,the existing literatures often unanimously agree that service transition is an important opportunity for manufacturing firms.However,research on service transition has largely overlooked the challenges associated with the transitional process.On the basis of inertia theory,this paper systematically analyses how resource rigidity and routine rigidity hinder service transition.We then provide some countermeasures for the transitional process.
