政府信息公开是保障公民知情权、监督权，转变政府职能，打造服务型政府的必然选择。虽然我国地方政府近几年在信息公开方面已取得很大进步，但仍存在信息更新不及时、网站服务型差、网站存在安全隐患等问题。建议联合“互联网＋”创新网站管理和服务，增强政府信息的服务性建设，完善网站安全防范体系，建立健全政府信息公开监督评价机制。认真研究先进国家的政府信息公开化及政府网站的运营与维护机制，更好地发挥政府在信息公开方面的重要作用。
英文摘要：
Government information disclosure is a necessary selection to safeguard citizen＇s right to know and right of supervision, to transform government functions, and to build a service-oriented government. However, there are still problems in terms of low information update rate, poor service functions of websites, and safety loopholes of the websites. Solutions are proposed, including to innovate manage-ment and services of the websites combining＂Internet＋＂, to enhance government information services, to improve website safety system, and to build and perfect the supervision and performance evaluation mechanism of government information disclosure. In the meantime, China should study the experience of advanced countries in government information disclosure and website operation and maintenance so as to give play to the important role of government information disclosure.
