针对隔离开关带电清洗手段缺乏的问题,研制了1种110 kV隔离开关带电多功能清扫装置。该装置采用气动马达为清扫装置提供打磨动力,采用高压气泵为喷扫部件提供高压气源。与传统作业方式相比,该装置具有作业时间短、效率高、无需停电、清洗效果好等特点,经清扫后的隔离开关可直接投入运行。

Aiming at the problem of lack of the charged cleaning method for the isolation switch,one kind of 110 kV isolation switch charged multi-function cleaning device was developed.The device adopted pneumatic motor to provide power for the polishing cleaning device,and the high pressure pump to supply the high-pressure air for spraying parts.Compared with the traditional cleaning mode,the device had the advantages of short operation time,high efficiency,no power interruption and obvious cleaning effect,and the isolation switch could be directly put into operation after being cleaned.
