针对结构型式及铺层设置未知的GFRP叶片,通过构造变形代理模型,介绍了一种通用的叶片弯曲变形的计算方法。叶片弯曲变形函数为指数与多项式相结合的形式,只要给定叶尖挠度即可据此模型计算出叶片在整个展长上的变形分布。该代理模型可为预测变形后风力机叶片的气动载荷分布提供参考。算例结果表明:本文模型预测的变形与有限元分析给出的变形吻合较好。
By setting up surrogate model, a general deflection calculation method is proposed in this paper aimed at GFRP blade with unknown structural type and layer thickness. The impeller deflection function is in the exponential and polynomial form, according to which the overall blade span deformation can be obtained as long as the tip deflection is given. This surrogate model can provide useful reference for predicting the pneumatic loads of deformed blade. Examples show the deformation predicted by the model matches well with that given by FEM.
