采用TurbiscanMA2000型稳定性分析仪研究了0.1860AHDAPs/sDs溶液与原油形成的乳状液的相行为.0.186%HDAPS/SDS溶液与原油可以达到4.2×10^-5 mN/m的极低界面张力,且达到平衡界面张力的时间非常短.油相体积分数为0.2时体系形成WinsorⅡ型上相微乳液;油相体积分数为0.2~0.5时体系形成WinsorⅢ型中相微乳液;油相体积分数为0.6和0.7时,体系形成Winsor工型下相微乳液.采用TurbiscanMA2000型稳定性分析仪测量透射光和背散射光可以对原油乳状液相行为进行优于肉眼观察的更加精确的表征.
Turbiscan MA2000 stability analyzer was employed to study the phase behavior of emulsions formed by 0. 186% HDAPS/SDS solution and crude oil. The interfaeial tension between 0. 186% HDAPS/SDS solution and crude oil can reach 4.2 × 10-5 mN/m in a short time. With oil volume frac- tion of 0.2, the emulsion formed by 0. 186% HDAPS/SDS solution and crude oil was WinsorⅡ upper phase microemulsion; when oil volume fraction was 0. 2N 0. 5, the emulsion formed by 0. 186% HDAPS/SDS solution and crude oil was Winsor HI middle phase mieroemulsion; when oil volume fraction was 0. 2--0. 5, Winsor Ⅰlower phase microemulsion was formed. By using Turbiscan MA2000 stability analyzer to measure the transmittance and backscattering light, much more accurate characterization on the phase behavior of the crude oil emulsions can be obtained compared with naked eyes observation.
