油井结蜡影响油田正常生产,化学清防蜡是一种有效的方法.对某油井高含蜡凝析油蜡样全烃气相色谱分析,得到其碳数分布,并分析其结构.在此基础上,选择三种类型清蜡剂进行溶蜡实验.实验发现,清防蜡剂的溶蜡速率都随温度的升高而增大,但增加幅度不同;当温度小于45℃时,分别选择QFL-2和QFL-1来溶解蜡样A和B,而温度大于45 ℃时,则两者都可以选择QFL-5和QL-2;油基清蜡剂的溶蜡速率最高,乳液型清蜡剂次之,水基清防蜡剂最低;由于蜡样结构不同,相同清防蜡剂对蜡样A的溶蜡速率小于蜡样B的溶蜡速率,说明蜡样A的清防蜡难度更大.
Paraffin precipitation may affect the normal production of oil wells, and chemical method is an effective method to get rid of it. Experiments have been done to analysis the hydrocarbon gas chromatography of high waxy condensate oil of a it. Based on this, three certain well, and ob kinds of chemically tained the carbon number distribution, paraffin analyzing the structure of removers have been used to conduct wax dissolving experiments. It can be concluded that the wax dissolving rates of all chemically paraffin removers increase with the increasing of temperature, but the increasing rate is different for different removers ; if the temperature is less than 45 ~C, QFL-2 and QFL-1 can be used to dissolve the wax sample A and B respectively, while if the temperature is higher than 45 ~C, QFL-5 and QFL-2 can be used for both ; Oil-base paraffin removers possess the faster dissolution rate, and the emulsion paraffin removal agents rank the second, and the water-base paraffin removers have the slowest dissolution rate. Because of the difference of the wax structure, the wax dissolving rate of wax sample A is lower than that of B when using the same chemically paraffin removers ,which indicates that wax sample A is more difficult to be removed.
