产业集群能否有效促进企业和区域经济的发展,取决于产业集群的协同管理。本文从集群式供应链角度,分别探讨了集群内层单元和外层单元的协同管理,并对集群内层单元的协同管理做了细致的分析。总结了集群式供应链协同管理的策略,从而为我国中小企业的发展提供了理论支撑。
英文摘要：
Whether the industrial cluster is effective in promoting the development of enterprise and regional economic depends on synergetic management of industrial cluster.This paper discussed synergetic management between the inner unit and outer unit of clusters in terms of cluster supply chain,especially in the inner unit of industrial cluster.Several develop strategies of cluster supply chain are summarized in the end of this paper,thus a theoretical support is provided for the development of small and mid-sized enterprises in China.
