Since the reform and opening-up, the economy in China has been rapidly developed and there have been many unprecedented opportunities for development in the market. Opportunities and challenges coexist in the entrepreneurial process of high-tech enterprises. High-tech enterprises are different from traditional enterprises. High - tech enterprises should not only achieve intensive development, but also create more economic benefits. Through modernized management, they have to control the uncertainty to the least extent and make effective countermeasures to identify and control risks. The paper mainly analyzes the categories of risks encountered by high-tech start-ups and puts forward effective proposals for risk management, hoping to provide some help for the development of high-tech enterprises.
