With bronze daggers, knives and animal-shaped bronze plaques as the diagnostic artifacts and mainly referring to the coexistence sorting method, this paper divided some typical burials in Yuhangmiao Cemetery into four phases and seven groups, which provided a clue for the detailed periodization of this cemetery. Referring to the bronze vessels unearthed from the typical burials and the comparison with the relics bearing clear dates, this paper estimated that the date of Yuhuangmiao Cemetery was around the late stage of mid Spring-and- Autumn to the early Warring-States Periods.
