英文摘要：

Taking 42 essays of top journals in recent five years as sample, this paper reviews the ＂behavioral ethics＂ research while clarifying some basic concepts. It finds that overseas scholars tend to explore the antecedent variables of the ＂behavioral ethics＂ from the perspectives of the individual psychology, external environment and leadership, and most of them adopt empirical research methods. After reviewing the research trend of ＂behavioral ethics＂, the prospect of future domestic research in this area is forecasted in view of the current social background in China.
