从跨文化团队领导者角度出发,研究跨文化领导力对领导效能的影响机制。以跨文化领导相关理论为基础,采用实证方法研究中德跨文化团队中领导力与领导效能的关系。研究结果表明:跨文化领导力是跨文化团队领导效能的动力来源,它通过领导客体对领导力的感知这一中介变量对领导效能进行影响,同时还受到团队主要领导者的文化背景以及个体与团队匹配程度的限制。
This paper studies the influence of CCT leadership on leadership effectiveness from the perspective of CCT leaders. Taking the Sino-Germany CCT as the research object and basing on cross-cultural management theory and empirical method, the paper explores the mechanism of how Sino-Germany CCT lead?ership influences the leadership effectiveness from the perspectives of influencing mode and influencing effectiveness. The conclusion is as follows: Sino-Germany CCT leadership is the motive power of the CCTs’leadership effectiveness, and SPLEL (Subordinates’perceived leadership effects on the leadership) is the mediator between CCT leadership and CCTs’leadership effectiveness;its process is also restricted by ITMT(Individual-team matching degree);in addition, leadership effectiveness is also influenced by the cultural background of the principal leaders in the team.
