采用电化学沉积法制备了纳米钯修饰玻碳电极(Pd/GC),利用循环伏安法研究了Pd/GC电极对甲醛的电催化氧化作用,优化了实验参数,建立了一种测定甲醛的方法.在0.1mol·L^-1NaOH溶液中,甲醛的氧化峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10^-4~1.4×10^-2mol·L^-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为3.0×10^-5mol·L^-1,相对标准偏差为3.9%,回收率为94.7%~104.0%.
Using electrochemical deposition method, palladium nanoparticle modified glassy carbon electrode (Pd/GC) was prepared, the electrochemical behaviors of formaldehyde on which were studied by cyclic voltametry. The experimental parameters were optimized for establishing the method of formaldehyde determination. The oxidation peak current is linearly proportional to formaldehyde concentration over the range of1. 0 ×10^-4-1.4×10^-2mol.L^-1 in the solution of 0. 1 mol. L^-1NaOH. The detection limit of formaldehyde is 3.0×10^-5mol.L^-1. The RSD is3.9%, and the recovery is 94. 7%-104. 0%.
