运用分光光度法研究了Pb2+、Cd2+、Hg2+等3种重金属离子及其组合对嗜有机甲基杆菌ME25生长的抑制效应.结果表明:3种金属离子对ME25生长均具有显著的抑制作用,并随着浓度水平的升高,抑制作用增强.Pb2+、Cd2+和Hg2+3种金属离子对ME25生长抑制的EC50值分别为34.1mg.L-1、0.071 8mg.L-1、0.039 5mg.L-1.抑制作用由强到弱的顺序为Hg2+〉Cd2+〉Pb2+,ME25对Pb2+有很强的抗性,而对Cd2+和Hg2+相对敏感.同时Pb2+-Cd2+和Pb2+-Hg2+之间呈现显著的拮抗效应,Cd2+-Hg2+和Pb2+-Cd2+-Hg2+之间呈现显著的协同效应.
The effects of Pb2+,Cd2+ and Hg2+ on the growth of Methylobacterium organophilium ME25 were studied by spectrophotometry.The results showed that all the kinds of metal ions mentioned remarkably inhibited the growth of ME25 with linear relationship in the optional concentration range.Namely,the inhibiting action rose with their concentration increasing.The EC50 of ME25 growth inhibition by Pb2+,Cd2+ and Hg2+ was 34.1 mg·L-1,0.071 8 mg·L-1,0.039 5 mg·L-1 respectively,and the sequence of their inhibiting action was Hg2+Cd2+Pb2+.Strain ME25 was strong resistance to Pb2+ but relatively sensitive to Cd2+ and Hg2+.Meanwhile,the remarkable antagonistic effects of Pb2+-Cd2+ and Pb2+-Hg2+ were presented.However,the remarkable synergistic effects of Cd2+-Hg2+ and Pb2+-Cd2+-Hg2+ were presented.
