通过紫外可见、荧光光谱法研究了丁基罗丹明B(BRB)的光谱特性.考察了浓度、溶剂的极性、表面活性剂等因素对其光谱特性的影响.结果表明,随着BRB的浓度增加,吸收强度增加,峰位置不变,荧光光谱红移,荧光强度先增后减;随着溶剂极性增加,波长红移,吸收强度增加、荧光强度减小;阳离子表面活性剂对体系的吸收强度、荧光强度具有增敏作用,阴离子表面活性剂则相反,非离子表面活性剂对体系无明显影响.
The spectral behavior of butyl rhodamine B (BRB) were studied by the UV-Vis and Fluorescence spectral methods. The effects of BRB concentration, the polarity of solvents and surfactants were investigated respectively. The results indicated that along with the increases of BRB concentration, the absorbance intensity increased,but the maximum wavelength didn't change,the fluorescence wavelength were red-shift and the fluorescence intensity firstly increased then decreased. The absorption and emission wavelength exhibited shift but absorbance intensity increased and fluorescence intensity decreased along with the increase of. the polarity of solvents. The cationic surfactant has the enhancement effect for intensity,but the anionic surfactant is opposite. The non-ionic surfactant hadn't obvious affects.
