将二次寻优方法应用于附加气室容积可调空气悬架系统参数匹配中,构建附加气室容积可调空气悬架系统的1/4车辆模型,并通过台架试验对模型进行验证。利用遗传算法,以不同工况下的车辆行驶平顺性为目标,渐进完成附加气室容积、减振器阻尼的参数匹配。分析匹配后的车辆综合性能表明,簧上质量垂向加速度得到有效抑制,轮胎动载荷及悬架动行程控制在允许范围内,车辆在多种工况下的综合力学性能改善。
We apply secondary optimization method to parameters matching of air suspension system with volume adjustable auxiliary chamber, and construct a quarter vehicle model of air suspension system with volume adjustable auxiliary chamber and prove its correctness with bench test. Parameters matching of auxiliary chamber volume and shock absorber damping were progressively completed with the aid of genetic algorithm. Vehicle dynamic performance after matching was analyzed and the result showed that vertical acceleration of sprung mass is efficiently suppressed and the tire dynamic load and suspension travel are limited to an allowable range, the vehicle dynamic performance under different driving conditions is improved.
