针对某型阻尼可调的电子控制空气悬架系统.通过对其结构和工作机理分析.利用热力学和流体力学相关理论建立了悬架系统的数学模型。在AMESim软件中选择相应的元件和子模型搭建悬架系统仿真模型.并对悬架系统进行性能仿真,获得其刚度特性、阻尼特性。利用INSTRON8800试验台进行特性试验.仿真结果和试验结果对比表明,所建立模型能够较好地仿真该电子控制空气悬架系统的特性。
One type of Electronically Controlled Air Suspension (ECAS) System with adjustable damper is studied. Based on the analysis of the structure and principle of the suspension, thermodynamics and fluid mechanics theory are used to establish the mathematic model of ECAS. In AMESim, the proper components and sub-models are chosen to establish the model of suspension system, and its performance is simulated to obtain ECAS stiffness and damping performance. The test of ECAS performance is done on the INSTRON 8800 test bench. The comparison between the simulation result and test result is done, which indicates that the model of ECAS can be used to study the performance of this type of ECAS.
