在基于ERP／MES／PCS三层体系结构的钢铁企业信息系统中，位于制造执行系统内部顶层的订单管理系统（OMS）除了承担MES赋予的订单处理及其相关事务外，还负责ERP和MES间的信息交互，在ERP和MES的运行中起着承上启下的关键作用。本文基于CSP生产线MES的集成信息环境，结合在邯郸钢铁集团公司开发的软件系统，探讨了订单管理系统的基本目标、外部接口、功能结构以及实施要点。
英文摘要：
In the information system based on ERP/MES/PCS three-level architecture for iron and steel industry, the order management system（OMS） located in the top layer within MES is responsible for transactions related to product orders. Furthermore, OMS provides data exchange interfaces, and plays a role as bridge and link between ERP and MES. System functions, external interfaces, functional structure of OMS and the key points of implementation are discussed based on the framework of CSP MES in integrated information environment.
