针对现代钢铁企业在面向订单(MTO)与面向库存(MTS)混合生产组织方式下库存匹配效率较低的问题,按照一体化计划的管理思想,建立了实现库存匹配重量最大化、匹配成本最小化的冷轧、热轧成品库存一体化匹配模型,该模型为多目标0-1规划模型。结合该问题的特点,利用约束规划的变量排序、值排序以及节点互换构建了启发式算法求解该模型,并通过实例仿真证明了模型与算法的有效性和可行性,可大幅提高实际生产的效率。
Dedicated for inventory matching in the modern mode of mixed MTO and MTS production planning and operation in steel enterprises,an integrative inventory matching model,which maximizes weight and minimizes cost of inventory matching of cold-rolled,hot-rolled products,is established and presented in this paper according to the integrative planning management idea.The model is a multi-objective 0-1 programming model.To obtain the solution of the model,a heuristic algorithm associated with the characteristics of the problem is constructed by using the variable ordering and the value ordering of constraint programming and the nodes swapping.A simulation example is given to illustrate effectiveness and feasibility of the model and the algorithm.
