针对热轧动态调度问题,在深入分析其生产过程中扰动因素基础上,提出了各种扰动事件的处理策略,给出了基于人杌交互的处理流程。在此基础上开发了基于人机交互的热轧动态调度系统,该系统主要包含扰动识别模块、在线调整模块、模型优化模块、调整板坯顺序模块和系统管理模块。源于钢厂实际生产数据的仿真结果表明,该人机交互平台能够快速有效地处理各种扰动事件,获得与原调度尽量一致的新调度方案,保证了热轧生产过程的连续与稳定。
After in-depth analyzing the disturbance factors of hot rolling process, the treatment strategy and the human-computer interaction process of these disturbances are proposed. Then, human-computer interaction (HCI) system of dynamic scheduling for hot rolling is established. The system mainly consists of disturb identifying, on-line adjustment, model optimization, slab sequence adjustment and systems management. When disturbance event occurs in production process, the system can get a feasible schedule program that is consistent with the original scheduling as far as possible through HCI. The simulation results based on the practical production data show that the system can optimalize dynamic schedule rapidly and efficiently, and ensure that entire production process continuity and stability.
