从冷轧厂的在制品生产瓶颈环节抽象出研究问题,即确定上游设备在制品生产批量以满足多台下游设备的需求,且全部设备必须连续生产。建立了描述此类生产环节协调过程的模型,设计了求解模型的周期性算法,分析得到了算法相关的性质和结论。通过冷轧生产实例测算,较现行方法设备调整费用减少14%,计算时间降至秒级,从而验证了算法的效果和效率。
The cooperation mechanism between one machine and its downstream machines, and all machines must continuous produce, which is abstracted from cold roiling production management, is under considered. A mathematical model is built to determining the cooperation process. A cyclic algorithm is developed to solving the lot sizing and order of WIP on bottleneck machine. Some properties and conclusions are acquired. The effective and efficient of this algorithm is proofed by real case from cool rolling plant and some suggestions to adjust the resource limitations are given as well.
