在Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机上进行双道次热压缩试验,得到了Q345D钢在不同工艺参数条件下的真应力-真应变曲线,采用应力补偿法计算了相应的静态软化百分数。研究了应变大小、变形温度及变形后保温时间对Q345D钢静态再结晶的影响,得到了再结晶的终止温度范围,为实际轧制工艺提供了理论依据。
The static recrystallization behaviors of Q345D steel were investgated by double-pass hot compression tests on Gleeble-3500 thermo-simulation machine. Then,the strain-stress curve of the steel at different deformation condition can be obtained. Using stress compensation method, the corresponding static recrystallization percentage was calculated. On the basis of experimental data, the effects of deformation degree, deformation temperature and clearance time on the static recrystallization behaviors were analyzed. The terminated recrystallization temperature range can be obtained, which can provide theoretic support for actual rolling technology.
