采用X-射线衍射分析技术测量了CSP工艺Hi-B钢在不同压下率、不同厚度处的冷轧织构,分析了样品在冷轧过程中织构的演变过程以及不同厚度处织构的差别。结果表明,冷轧织构主要由α(〈110〉//RD)和γ(〈111〉//ND)组分构成,不同压下率、不同厚度处的织构强度存在很大差异。冷轧板继承了热轧基板的织构分布情况,但α、ε和γ纤维织构均发生了转变。
The cold rolling textures of Hi-B steel in CSP process with the difterent reduction ratio and diffterent thickness were measured by using the X-ray diffraction analytic technique. The evolvement process of the texture in the process of cold rolling and its difference in different thickness were analyzed. The results show that the cold rolling texture is mainly composed of α (〈110〉//RD) and γ (〈111〉//ND) component, but there is a big difference in the texture intensity at different thickness and different pressure ratio. The cold rolled plate inherited the texture distribution of hot rolled plate, however, the α, ε and γ fiber texture are transformed.
