采用热膨胀法和金相法,通过Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机测定X65管线钢在不同变形条件、冷却条件下连续冷却热膨胀曲线,确定其相变点。结合金相显微组织,并借助Origin绘图软件绘制X65钢的连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线,分析冷却速度、变形温度和变形量对相变点及相变后组织的影响规律,为X65管线钢的现场控轧控冷工艺提供理论依据。
The continuous cooling thermal dilation curves of X65 pipeline steels under different cooling rates and deformation conditions were measured by Gleeble-3800 hot simulator using thermodilatometry and metallograthic method. The phase transition points were determined. Combined with metallographic microstmcture, the continuous cooling transformation curves (CCT) of X65 pipeline steels were plotted with Origin. The effects of cooling rate, deformation temperature, and deformation amount on the microstructure of the steel before and after transformation point were studied, which can provide theoretical basis for the controlled roiling and controlled cooling process for X65 pipeline.
