英文摘要：

By analyzing the essence of translation activities from the perspective of the Social Role The-ory,the multiple role of translator and interpreter has been evidenced by numerous cases,which inev-itably contributes to role overlapping in actual translating practice.It has been pointed out that profes-sional work ethics hasn＇t illustrated ways to solve role overlapping of translator and interpreter in de-tails,which cannot push smooth operation of the language industry.To normalize the code of profes-sional work ethics and to study on translation ethics in depth will be the possible and needed solution in such conflicts.
